Meghan hopes to encourage her students to connect their body, mind, and soul on the mat, so they can weave this thread of connection into all areas of life. Meghan’s teaching is grounded by the integrity and strength of alignment; and dynamic with the fluid dance of body and breath.

Favorite yoga pose and  why: Forearm stand (Pincha mayurasana) in all her shapes. She loves this pose because it is a stable way to find openness in the shoulders and thoracic spin. She enjoys working with this pose in the studio and outdoors.
